Wild Salmon


Pisces Fish Machinery produces the ideal equipment for processing pink salmon. The size of the fish 1.5 lbs (0.7 Kg) to 4.5 lbs (2 Kg) make the fish suitable for the FR-200 and FR-75 filleting machines. These machines run at up to 40 fish per minute as opposed to the FR-9000 which runs at a max of 25 fish per minute.


Single Fillets

A stand alone filleting machine for head and collar off fish gutted with the belly open. This machine can be incorporated into an existing canning line to produce a boneless, and if combined with the V1558 skinner skinless gourmet canned salmon.

FR 200


A stand alone filleting machine for head and collar off fish in the size range. The FR 200 incorporates an evisceration system without roe saving and operates at speeds up to 40 fish per minute.


AHF 525


An automatic, single operator system to produce single fillets from whole fish. Comprising the HV 25 head cutting machine which feeds into a transfer unit with roe saving which then feeds the FR 200 filleting machine. Operates at speeds up to 50 fish per minute.









Head Cutting Machines


HV 25


A Stand alone head cutting unit for fish in the size range 500 grams to 3 Kgs. Each fish is individually located to ensure optimum position irrespective of size. A vee cut configuration ensures capture of the meat at the top of the head above the gill plate. Often used to prepare fish for the FR 200 filleting


Pinboning


Pisces offers the Unifood Range of machines for pin bone removal. Both single lane (UFT 350) and double lane (UFT 350 Double) models are available.


Skinning


Pisces offers the Varlet line of automatic skinning machines. The 1558 for high volume production and the 568 for smaller volume.


Evisceration/Gutting Machines


SGA-22 Head off Gutting Machine


The Pisces SGA-22 produces a clean gutted fish from a head off fish. The SGA removes the viscera in one solid piece with out damaging the viscera or any roe in the fish. The machine also cleans and removes the blood line/kidney from the fish.


SGA-32 Head on Gutting Machine


The Pisces SGA-32 has been used to produced head-on gill in fish. The SGA removes the viscera in one solid piece with out damaging the viscera or any roe in the fish. The machine also cleans and removes the blood line/kidney from the fish.
