Pisces Fish Machinery has extensive experience in processing in trout. Machines produced by Pisces are processing throughout the world from Idaho to France, Italy and Turkey. Solutions ranging from simple stand-alone FR 75 filleting machine to the single operator AHF 224 automatic system cover the needs of both small and high volume producers. Pisces can provide a turnkey solution to process whole trout to graded fillets.

BUTTERFLY FILLETS


FB 181

A stand alone filleting machine for production of Butterfly fillets from head off fish in the size range 300 to 650 grams. Operates at speed s up to 60 fish per minute and can be supplied with components to produce single fillets.

SINGLE FILLETS


FR 75

A stand alone filleting machine for head off fish gutted with the belly open. Suitable for fish in the size range 500 grams to 1 Kgs at speeds up to 40 fish per minute.


FR 200

A stand-alone filleting machine for head off fish in the size range 500 grams to 1 Kgs. The FR 200 incorporates a gutting system and operates at speeds up to 40 fish per minute. Often used in conjunction with the HV 25 Head cutting machine.


FR-3500

A stand-alone filleting machine for head off trout for from 1kg to 3.5kg. Like the FR-200 the FR-3500 incorporates a gutting system in the machine. The FR-3500 uses Pisces 6 blade backbone removal system and PLC controlled rib removal. This provides higher yields on a trout I larger than 1kg. The PLC controlled rib system give the option of removing the white belly fat from the fillets.

HEAD CUTTING


HV 25

A Stand alone head cutting unit for fish in the size range 500 grams to 3 Kgs. Each fish is individually located to ensure optimum position irrespective of size. A vee cut configuration ensures capture of the meat at the top of the head above the gill plate. Often used to prepare fish for the FR 200 filleting. Can be supplied with vacuum evisceration for enhanced Hygienic operation.

FILLETING SYSTEMS


AHF 225

An automatic, single operator system to produce single fillets from whole fish in the size range 500 grams to 1 Kgs. Comprising the HV 25 head cutting machine with an auto transfer unit feeding into the FR 200 filleting machine. Operates speeds up to 50 fish per minute.


AHB 281

A combination unit comprising the HV 25 head cutting machine with an automatic transfer into the FB 181 filleting machine to provide a single operator unit for whole fish in the size range 300 to 700 grams. Operates at speeds up to 50 fish per minute and provides superior yields due to the Vee cut produced by the HV 25 heading machine.


AHF 350

An automatic, single operator system to produce single fillets from whole fish in the size range 1 Kg to 3.5 Kgs. Comprising the HV 25 head cutting machine with an auto transfer unit feeding into the FR-3500 filleting machine. Operates speeds up to 30 fish per minute.

ELECTRONIC WEIGHT GRADING


Pisces produces in-motion weigh units to weight either whole fish or fillets. A reception grader at the front of the plant can provide production and reception data while increasing the production yield by ensuring the fish go to the correct processing line. The graders can also sort and pack both fillets and whole fish.

PINBONING


Pisces offers the Unifood Range of machines for pin bone removal. The UFT-400 line offers standard pinbone removers and NK model machines which remove the bones at the start of the fillet. Depending on production volume the machines a can be configures as single, double or four lane models.
